Laser surgery is especially beneficial for brachycephalic breeds of dogs and cats.

Brachycephalic dogs: Pug, Pekingese, Shih-tzu, English Bulldog, French bulldog, Boston terrier, Boxer, Lhasa apso.

Brachycephalic cats: British, Exotic, Himalayan, Persian , Scottish Fold.
